Livat Centre Beijing is a one-stop super-regional shopping centre located in the Daxing District of southern Beijing. With 553,000 m2 GBA and 204,674 m2 GLA, there are around 455 tenants in Livat Centre Beijing including one of the most complete fast-fashion brand line-ups in Beijing, more than a hundred food and beverage brands, IMAX cinema, KTV and other entertainment venues, all under one roof.
Livat Centre Beijing is directly connected to the Xihongmen station of Metro Line 4 and is well connected with the 5th Ring Rd. Also, Livat Centre Beijing has a parking lot with more than 7050 spaces, which won the Guinness Record title for ‘World’s biggest underground parking lot’.
Before the upgrade of parking system by JIESHUN, Livat Centre faced a lot of questions. For example, the parking lot is too large for customers to find their cars when they want to leave after shopping. In addition, the turnover rate of parking spaces remained low due to the large number of vehicles parked for a long time. According to the situation, JIESHUN customized a comprehensive management platform for Livat Centre that integrates LPR parking, video parking guidance, aggregated payment, membership points and other functions.
The LPR parking controller replaces the traditional parking booth, which not only saves a lot of labor costs, but also reduces the vehicle passing time and improves the passing efficiency. It is easier for customers to find their car by following the prompts of the parking guidance system. In order to fully meet the needs of property management, the system has added taxi recognition algorithms and related charging rules. The member point system is also connected to the parking platform, and customers can enjoy preferential parking fees through point redemption.
