Located on Jalan Rokan No. 6–5, Padang, the new BPKB service building of West Sumatra Regional Police represents a key step in the digital upgrade of motor vehicle administration services. As part of this transformation, the project aims to provide a more secure, efficient, and well-organized access environment for all visitors.

To support the digital transformation of the BPKB service center, JIESHUN provided advanced pedestrian access control solutions, featuring intelligent swing gates integrated with the overall digital service system. The system enables controlled and efficient entry management, helping regulate visitor flow and maintain order within the service hall.

With high system compatibility, the access control solution can be seamlessly connected with digital service platforms such as electronic queue systems and future online appointment systems, enabling smarter and more convenient access for users.

In addition, the pedestrian gates are designed with dedicated accessible lanes, ensuring that people with disabilities and elderly visitors can enter and use the facility comfortably and independently. This reflects the project's commitment to inclusive public services.

The deployment of JIESHUN’s access control system has significantly enhanced the security and operational efficiency of the BPKB service building, supporting a more organized, transparent, and user-friendly service environment. It also sets a benchmark for future digital upgrades across police service facilities in the region.
