Located on the site of the former Ritz Carlton Hotel in the heart of the CBD of Hong Kong, the CCB Tower is a 22-storey 'Grade A' office building providing a total gross floor area of approximately 22,000 sq.m. The tower serves as the headquarters for the Hong Kong operation of China Construction Bank, as well as offers high-end office facilities for other international firms. The building enjoys geographical advantages with a mountainous backdrop and magnificent view of the Victoria Harbour and the near promenade green space.

With the increasing popularity of unattended parking lots, the CCB Tower installed the Jieshun LPR parking management system in 2018, which is one of the high-end office buildings that introduced the license plate recognition earlier in Hong Kong. The parking system not only improves the traffic efficiency and makes parking cards a thing of the past, but also improves the management level and corporate image of the property management company. This project successfully opened an era of using LPR parking system in Hong Kong parking lots.
