The parking lot offers differentiated services tailored to various vehicle types, meeting the diverse parking needs of car owners. By leveraging intelligent guidance and diversified payment methods, the parking efficiency has increased by 40%. The charging facilities, through measures like preventing gasoline-powered vehicles from occupying charging spots and off-peak load balancing, achieved a 60% increase in usage and a 30% increase in charging revenue, resulting in an additional 200,000 RMB in annual revenue.
4. Energy Storage and Smart Lighting - Energy Saving and Cost Optimization, Saving 350,000 RMB Annually
In green energy saving, JIESHUN leveraged energy storage systems and intelligent lighting to reduce the facility's energy costs. By installing two 100 kW/215 kWh liquid-cooled storage units, the parking lot could store electricity during off-peak periods and discharge it during peak hours, reducing electricity costs and managing peak power demand, resulting in an annual savings of 200,000 RMB.
Furthermore, JIESHUN renovated the existing lighting system, replacing 1,212 internet-connected energy-efficient fixtures and customizing strategies based on usage needs. Integrated with the parking system, the smart lighting solution provided intelligent parking guidance, enhancing the customer experience. The lighting system renovation achieved over 70% energy savings, reducing annual consumption by 155,000 kWh and saving 150,000 RMB, with a payback period of just one year.

To achieve comprehensive management and control, JIESHUN built an integrated platform that unified data, business operations, and financial accounting, significantly improving efficiency.
