Faced with these challenges, New Luosiwan International Trade City partnered with JIESHUN to implement a state-of-the-art smart parking system, setting a benchmark for efficient, user-friendly parking management while supporting the city’s growing commercial activities.
1. Unified Parking Management Network
The trade city faced several parking management issues, including outdated equipment, network instability, and decentralized management across its three parking areas. These challenges created data silos, raised costs, and degraded service quality. JIESHUN engineers crafted a tailored cloud-hosted customer service solution, modernizing the entire parking management system.
JIESHUN introduced cutting-edge parking equipment, featuring advanced 2024 technology, to replace legacy systems. These upgrades enhanced vehicle recognition speed and traffic flow efficiency, eliminating bottlenecks at entrances and exits. The smooth, seamless experience has earned widespread praise from drivers.
JIESHUN established a unified cloud-based service center, connecting the trade city’s three parking areas through a highly integrated local network. Powered by an AI management platform, the system centralized control of over 100 lanes and provided 24/7 remote support. The intelligent cloud-based system enables staff to quickly detect, analyze, and resolve anomalies, ensuring uninterrupted vehicle flow while significantly reducing customer complaints and enhancing operational efficiency.
2. Advanced Fraud Detection and Revenue Protection
With its vast area, numerous entrances, and frequent short-term parking, New Luosiwan International Trade City faced persistent challenges with fee evasion, severely impacting revenue.
JIESHUN deployed advanced cameras and control systems equipped with AI recognition algorithms to analyze vehicle behavior and identify suspicious activities, such as tailgating, barrier breaches, or system exploits. These tools automatically capture evidence and generate detailed evasion reports, providing a robust framework for enforcement.
To bolster recovery efforts, JIESHUN developed an efficient auditing platform with intelligent fee recovery protocols. Through multi-channel reminders—such as on-screen alerts, on-site interception by staff, and app notifications—evasion incidents are addressed effectively, ensuring every missed payment is pursued.
Since its implementation in September 2024, the system has recovered 139 instances of unpaid fees, amounting to several thousand yuan. This not only enhances revenue but also establishes a culture of compliance among drivers.
