    Please check IE browser version of your computer, the system only supports IE8 and higher version, and then upgrade your IE/Google browser version.
  • QNo Display of Monitoring Image in IN/EXIT Management

    1.For the screen of IP camera and LPR camera, etc. please ping the IP to see if it can communicate normally;


    2. If ping is enabled, for IP camera, log in the IE browser to see if the screen is displayed; for LPR camera, log

    in the LPR camera client to see if it is normal;

    3. If the above steps are confirmed correct, please restart JSDS client to see if it can display normally;

    4. If the operating system is Windows 7, operate as follows:

     Right click on the desktop to enter “Attribute” \ “Settings” \ “Advanced” \ “Troubleshoot”, drag the“Hardware Acceleration” cursor to the right to “Complete”, and then click “OK” to exit;enter “dxdiag” in the Start / Run window, and the following window will pop up; click “Display” tab,and check “DirectDraw Acceleration” and “Direct3D acceleration” are enabled, if not enabled, pleasecheck whether the graphics driver is installed successfully.

    5. Please confirm the computer configuration and ensure the rated power of power supply is 250W or above.

  • QPhoto Display Failure of Query Report Records

    Please expand [System Management / System Configuration / Global Parameter] respectively, set the filesaving path to the path that allows local access; for the network shared path, please investigate the following aspects respectively:

    1.Check whether the computer in use opens the firewall and anti-virus software, and close the firewall and antivirus software;


    2. Check, in the root directory of the disc of JSDS Server installation directory of the server computer, whether the folder named "JsdsData" has been set to be shared, and try to use current computer to access the network path of such folder.

  • QThe system has no response after clicking export in the Report

    Set IE, start and download related options (after resetting the IE browser  safety settings  download and enable all).
  • QExcel File Exported from Report has messy code and the data cannot be Seen

    Check whether there is third-party download software; if there is third-party download software, unload it,and use the download function of IE to export excel file.
  • QSystem time of client and server computer is not synchronous

    A
    1. On the desktop of client computer, select JSDS Client shortcut, right click to select [Attribute], and in “Attribute” window, select “Compatibility” tab, and in such window, enable “Run this program as administrator”;


    2. Set the difference between the system time of client computer and server computer to exceed 1min, and if the time difference is within 1min, the system time of client computer cannot be synchronized with the client computer.

  • QAbnormal display of some texts on client interface of traditional Chinese version

    1. Open the control panel of Windows system, and select “Region and language”;


    2. In “Region and language” window, select “Administrative” tab, click “Change system locale”, and in“Currency system locale” pull-down box, select “Chinese(Simplified,PRC)”, click Confirm, and then restart the computer according to the prompt.
